East of Eden

The French call the hour following sunset "L'heure bleu", or the "blue hour." Photographers know it as "the sweet light." This tropical tableau illustrates the soft dusky light that covers the land just after the sun disappears. Lush green foliage surrounds a pool of water, which empties into a small stream. Behind the couple a gentle waterfall fills the pool. The couple stands upon an earthen path, lined on either side by painted flowers, which appear to be floating just inches above the path. Perfect for proms.
